HOW DOES THE LOYALTY CARD WORK?
All you need to do is swipe your loyalty card at the checkout every time you shop! If there’s a competition running, you’ll automatically be entered. Make sure we have your email address so you don’t miss out on any offers

What are Spanos IGA Rewards points?
Rewards points are what you collect when you shop at any Earn Business, listed out below.
You can enjoy your Rewards points as money off your shopping.
Where can I earn Rewards points?
- Any Spanos IGA store.
- Shopping online at spanos.com.au or via the Spanos IGA app.
- Other stores or businesses as we advertise from time to time.
On what purchases will I not collect Rewards points at the Earn Businesses?
You will not collect Rewards points on any money you spend on smoking products, gift cards, mobile recharge, cash outs, delivery charges, donations, Carpet Care, lottery products, a charge account.
At what rate will I collect Rewards points?
You will collect a minimum of 1 Rewards point for every dollar you spend at any Earn Businesses.
At times we will run points boosters whereby you can collect extra points, for instance an offer to collect points on particular products, or an offer to collect points on your whole shop (excluding any No Earn Purchases and any other purchases we may stipulate in the T&Cs for that promotion). Some of these points boosters may be exclusive personalised offers to collect points based on your individual profile, and will be available only on your Rewards Card.
How do I collect Rewards points?
When shopping in-store at an Earn Business, you need to scan or tap your Rewards Card – either your physical card or a digital card – at the checkout prior to the conclusion of the transaction. If you do not scan or tap your Rewards Card at the checkout before the transaction is finalised, you will not collect points on that shop.
When you are shopping Online at an Earn Business, you need to make sure that your Rewards Card has been added to your Online account prior to completing your transaction. You will only collect Rewards points on your Online shops after your Rewards Card has been added to your Online account.
When will Rewards points be credited to my account?
Rewards points collected may take up to 72 hours to be shown in your account.
Any points that have been collected through participation in a points booster may take up to 7 QLD business days to be shown in your account, unless otherwise stipulated in the T&Cs for that points booster.
How and when can I enjoy my Rewards points?
Rewards points can be enjoyed as money off your shopping, please ask in store for more details.
1000 Rewards points will be equal to $5.
What do I need to do to enjoy money off my shopping?
To enjoy your Rewards points for money off your shop, you need to scan your Rewards Card prior to the conclusion of your transaction when you are shopping in-store at a Redemption Business. If you are shopping Online, you need to make sure that your Rewards Card has been added to your Online account prior to completing your transaction.
When can I enjoy money off my shopping?
You can choose to enjoy money off your shopping at any time when you complete an Eligible Shop equal to or greater than the value of the rewards available, (excluding any No Earn Purchases), in-store or Online at a Redemption Business.
You will be prompted at the in-store or Online checkout of a Redemption Business to decide whether you want to enjoy your Rewards, If you do not use all the Rewards in your account, the remainder will be retained in your account for use.
On what purchase can I not enjoy my balance?
Rewards cannot be enjoyed on purchases made in-store or Online for smoking products, gift cards, mobile recharge, cash outs, delivery charges, donations, Carpet Care, lottery products, a charge account.
Where can I check my Rewards balance?
You can check your Rewards balance in your account by checking at the register in store.
